What we collect
Creating an account requires a date of birth for age verification. The server stores the username, a password hash or device public key, and the time of verification — never the date of birth itself. Cloud sync stores the Jiezi specs, image metadata and version history you choose to upload. Model usage statistics record only the model, the status and the token counts returned upstream — never the text of your chats.
How we use it
This data is used for sign-in, syncing across devices, quota control, error diagnosis and usage reports. The only strictly necessary cookie holds the sign-in session. Analytics records do not identify users through cookies.
Retention and deletion
You can request account deletion from the app's settings. Deletion removes the online account, sessions, vault, cloud data, Jiezi, images and related statistics, and asks you to retry if cleanup fails. Backup copies are deleted when the storage provider's retention period ends.
Third parties
When you configure a model or image provider, requests go to that provider as you set it. Cloud sync uses Cloudflare R2 object storage, and the database is hosted on Alibaba Cloud (Hong Kong). Features you have not enabled never send data to the corresponding third party.
